CURRENCY

CONTENT

Written content provided by FAQ for use in your Flat Pack legal website is generic content however receives minor alteration in order to suit your firm’s circumstances. This content may and will be used by other firms with similar websites. FAQ are not responsible for any issues that may occur from the apparent duplication of content that is perceived by search engines.

FAQ offer all clients access to manipulate and edit their own content within the CMS Architect at http://cms.faq2.com.au with your own secure and unique login details.

Reproduction of any generic content provided by FAQ, without prior consent from a Director of FAQ Interactive Pty Ltd, is strictly prohibited.

DURATION

The minimum duration for Flat Pack websites is 12 Months.

LICENSE OF USE

Our agreement grants you license to use your Flat Pack legal website other products with these Terms and Conditionsfor the duration of your contract.

1. ONGOING USE

   Standard Licence of Use will grant you ongoing unlimited access to your website with customised Legal Content for the duration of your agreement. You will be granted access to administer your website via the FAQ CMS, whereby your content can be altered.

2. EARLY PAYMENT

   You may be granted a buy your entire website and it's contents as flat HTML for use on alternate systems, outside of the FAQ network, by making a full payment of your outstanding agreement. After the purchase occurs, your Flat Pack website is permanently removed from the FAQ system. You can not redistribute or resell your website after purchase from FAQ.

IMAGERY

All imagery used in your website are purchased for the specific use in your site and are therefore Royalty Free and are therefore available for you to reuse only as a part of the website, but not for any other advertising medium. You can use imagery for one website only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited. All images used in your Flat Pack legal website can be replaced with your own preferred imagery, however implementation of this is recommended by a skilled web developer only.

MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make modification(s) to your website, and have the facility to do so through our Content Management System (CMS). If you require modification to your website and request FAQ to do so on your behalf, charges may be incurred according to our standard pricing provided on sign up.

UNAUTHORISED USE

If you have not paid for 12 months use of your FAQ Legal Flat Pack website, you shall not place any of the provided HTML/Imagery/Content, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

OUR REFUND POLICY

Since FAQ are providing an online access to your website paid monthly, we do not offer any refunds for the service. In the event that the service or product appears to different to that described, an exception may be made. 

TERMINATION

1. You may terminate your agreement with FAQ at any time by giving us written notice of your desire to do so. Termination will be effective as soon as you have paid any outstanding balance.
2. FAQ reserve the right to immediately terminate your agreement and disable your service in the event of one or more of the following;
   1. you fail to pay us within our agreed terms
   2. if we believe you are using the service to commit unauthorised or illegal activity

OWNERSHIP

You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of  FAQ. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES

FAQ may use third parties to provide certain services. FAQ does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with FAQ's terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of FAQ.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of NSW.
